Cook A’ / Μάγειρα Α’

Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food as assigned.

Cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
Following all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Completing the appropriate safety training and certifications.
Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information/protecting company’s asset.

Requirements

Previous work experience in a similar position.
Adequate knowledge of cooking methods, techniques and procedures.
Ability to work within a team.
Effective communication skills.
Pleasant personality, passionate for excellence
Enthusiasm, professionalism, and eagerness to learn, grow, and become part of a constantly developing team.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle pressure effectively and deliver high-quality services in a luxury environment.
