Job Description:

Noema is looking for a professional, high-energy Bartender to provide an exceptional and friendly guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be required to create classical and innovative drinks and cocktails, in accordance with customers’ expectations and as described in Noema’s Menu.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of alcohol or non-alcohol drinks and beverages in accordance with standard recipes
Select and mix ingredients for cocktails preparation and then thoroughly wash utensils after each use
Greet guests and present Noema’s Menu
Taking orders, making recommendations and serving the guests
Checking identification to ensure guests meet alcohol legal age requirements
Replenish and restock the Bar inventory and supplies
Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage regulations

Requirements:

Proven working experience for minimum 2 years in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants
Bartender certification will be considered a plus
Very good knowledge of English language
Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
Computer literacy
