Qualifications
2-3 years minimum experience as a Barman or Barista in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant.
Basic principles of Bartending & Mixology are required.
In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service Sop’s is crucial.
Excellent command of both English and Greek languages is essential.
Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.
Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell / promote.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Implementation on a daily basis of the operating procedures of the department
Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage sales
Great attention to detail
